FAQs

1. Who can use Island Breeze Shuttle services?

To use our services, you must be 18 years or older and able to legally enter into an agreement. Anyone booking on behalf of others is responsible for ensuring all passengers follow our policies.

2. Can minors ride the shuttle?

No. All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. There are no exceptions.

3. What happens if I leave an item in the vehicle?

Island Breeze Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items.
If you forget something, we’ll make every reasonable effort to locate it.
If the item needs to be delivered back to you after the driver has left, a delivery fee will apply.

4. Are passengers allowed to drink alcohol or smoke/vape in the vehicle?

No. Alcohol consumption and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited inside all Island Breeze Shuttle vehicles.

5. What is your damage policy?

Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause.
Fees may include:

  • Minimum $250 for excessive cleaning

  • Additional charges for any interior or exterior damage, including seats, windows, electronics, or mechanical components

  • Full cost of repair or replacement for serious damage

6. Who is responsible for guest behavior during the ride?

The person who books and pays for the ride is responsible for their entire group. Any misconduct, damage, or policy violations by guests fall under the purchaser’s responsibility.

7. Can the shuttle refuse or terminate service?

Yes. If passengers violate any policies—such as playing dangerously, causing damage, consuming alcohol, or refusing to follow instructions—the company may terminate the service immediately without refund.
In such cases, Island Breeze Shuttle is considered to have fulfilled its contractual obligations.

8. Is Island Breeze Shuttle liable for injuries?

Island Breeze Shuttle is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behavior, including horseplay, whether the vehicle is moving or stopped.

9. How are the services governed legally?

All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
